Yes, prices include VAT and are in euros, per product unit, and exclude handling, shipping and delivery costs.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Bee Nature undertakes to send a confirmation email summarizing the order (product(s), price, quantity, discounts ...) to the email address provided when ordering. To this end, you formally accept the use of electronic mail for Bee Nature's confirmation of the contents of its order.

What are the conditions of return, retraction or refund?

You have a period of 7 clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties except for the cost of return, from the delivery of the order and which will be exercised by the return at its expense of new products (unopened and / or unused) accompanied by the order number to the following address: Bee Nature Cosmetic SA Chaussée de Namur, 5 1300 Wavre (Belgium). When the 7-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. Products returned incomplete or damaged will not be accepted. What are the delivery costs?

Bee Nature delivers worldwide. Prices and delivery times are shown in the table below. Items are sent by post (via the Bpack World Business service) to the address entered by the customer. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday within 48 hours, plus the delivery times indicated below, which differ according to the country to which delivery is to be made. Once shipment has been confirmed, the customer receives an e-mail with a tracking code. Using this code, the customer can then track their parcel on the National Post website. Bee Nature is not responsible for, and cannot be held liable for, any customs charges in the country of delivery.

Are shipping costs included in the product price?

Please note that shipping costs are not included in the order price. All prices are per product unit, including VAT and in euros, and do not include shipping, handling and delivery costs. The shipping rates according to the country you are in can be consulted in the table below. Free shipping on orders over €49! What delivery method do you use?

Shipments are made by post to the address entered by the customer, using the Bpack World Business service. An email with the tracking code of the parcel is sent to the customer when the shipment is confirmed. This code will enable them to track their parcel on the post office website.

How can I track my order?

Bee Nature communicates the parcel number when confirming shipment. You can then track your parcel on La Poste's website.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday within a maximum of 48 hours, to which must be added the times described below: times vary from 2 to 8 working days depending on the country you are in.

What can I do if delivery is late?

You cannot claim compensation for late delivery by the carrier. Furthermore, in the event of any anomaly upon receipt (damaged or open package, etc.), you must file a claim with the carrier within 2 working days, by registered mail, a copy of which will be sent to Bee Nature. If you are present at the time of delivery, you must inform the carrier of your reservations. Bee Nature cannot be held responsible for any such problems. Bee Nature products do not contain essential oils. Pregnant women and young children may use them.

Of course it does. The skin needs to be moisturized and protected every day to cope with external aggressions: cold, sun, wind, pollution, etc.

How long can they be stored?

Bee Nature products can be kept for 18 months from the date of production and 6 months after opening.

What tests are performed?

All the tests required before a new cosmetic product can be marketed in Europe have been carried out: toxicological test, stability test, microbiological test and challenge test.

Are the products tested on animals?

No, our formulas are not tested on animals and we only work with natural ingredients whose origin we know and which have not been tested on animals.
