1. RETURN CONDITIONS

You may return the product ordered from www.beenaturelab.com for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the order. Return shipping is free of charge. The returned product must be intact, unopened, in its original packaging and with all documents.

For all products purchased from an AZALEE COSMETICS authorized distributor (BEE NATURE SA), please contact the distributor to organize the return of the products.

2. RETURN PROCESS

REFUND

Once we have received and checked your package, we will send you an e-mail to inform you of the return, and we will refund the full price of the product concerned within 14 days, using the same means of payment used for the original order.

If the return conditions are not respected, no refund will be made and you will be informed by e-mail.
