Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Delivery is made by delivery of the PRODUCTS by wholesaler or carrier to the CLIENT at the address indicated on the order. The CLIENT undertakes not to delay receipt. Shipments are made subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. BEE NATURE is authorized to make deliveries in whole or in part. BEE NATURE is released from its obligation to execute orders in the event of force majeure events making delivery impossible.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

15.1 In the case of a sale to a consumer, with a distance selling contract between the Vendor and the Purchaser, the Purchaser has the right to inform the Vendor of his wish to cancel the purchase, within 14 calendar days from the day following the day on which the Purchaser or the third party designated by the Purchaser has taken physical possession of the Products and/or other items. The Buyer must exercise the right of withdrawal in compliance with the provisions of the Code of Economic Law, the procedures for return (by the Buyer) and reimbursement (by the Seller) always being governed by this legislation.

  • To return the goods, the Customer has a further period of 14 days from the day following the day on which the consumer notifies Bee nature of his/her decision to withdraw.
  • The Customer shall bear the cost of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal.
  • If the Customer withdraws, the company will refund all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs.
  • Bee Nature will make the refund using the same means of payment as that used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another means of payment and provided that the refund does not incur any costs for the Customer.
  • To reimburse the Customer, Bee Nature has a period of 14 days from the day following the day on which it is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw. However, Bee Nature may defer reimbursement until the goods have been recovered, or until the consumer has provided proof of shipment of the Products, whichever comes first.
  • In the event of the return of a Product that is no longer in its original condition, the Customer will be liable to pay compensation for the depreciation of the Products.

15.3 Under no circumstances may the Buyer exercise the right of withdrawal if the Products and/or other sealed items have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

15.5. The consumer may either use the model withdrawal form (available at the following address: https://economie.fgov.be/sites/default/files/forms/formulaire-de-retractation.pdf), or make another unambiguous statement.
